Residential Cleaning
$40/hr — 5 hr minimumA thorough, top-to-bottom clean tailored to your home.

$65/hr — 4 hr minimumGet your old place spotless or your new place move-in ready. Includes everything from our residential clean, plus detailed attention to cabinets, appliances, and fixtures.

$65/hr — 3 hr minimumFast, reliable turnover cleans between guests so your listing stays 5-star.

Additional charges may apply — Airbnb cleans must look brand new to maintain top ratings and guest satisfaction.
Heads up: Residential cleans are billed at $40/hr with a 5-hour minimum. Move-in / move-out cleans are billed at $65/hr with a 4-hour minimum, and Airbnb turnovers are billed at $65/hr with a 3-hour minimum. Actual time depends on the size and condition of the space. For repeat clients, I can rotate tasks week to week — e.g. dusting one visit, laundry & bedding the next, and a deep mop & vacuum the following — or alternate each week however works best for you. Additional charges may apply for extra services. After seeing your home and determining what work is needed, I will give you a quote or set price.
